I am obliged to express our amazing experience when we were served by your customer officer Nazri, on numerous occasions. He approached me with prompt and efficient response each time I have doubt. His attitude has always been very sincere and seems to understand our company culture well. When one of my engineers met with a traffic accident, Nazri was on high alert and given her full attention to the matter. He contacted all concerned parties to assist my engineer at the accident scene and let him feel that he is not alone, as a foreigner in Malaysia.

Recently, the other engineer had some minor tyre issue which we required support from the maintenance team. I contacted Nazri who attended to the issue within an hour. The issue was solved promptly.

I am writing to compliment Nazri and Din, customer service officers. I was cleaning our long term leased car when I noticed one nail stuck on my left rear tyre and the other on my right rear tyre. I messaged the 24 hotline and Nazri responded immediately. He contacted the mobile mechanic, Din who arrived in 30 minutes. Din then told me he needed 30 minutes to fix the rear tyres and proceeded to do the work. After half an hour, he told me there weren't any real damage to the rear tyres but instead found another longer nail stuck to the front tyre which resulted in air leak. That's very professional and thoughtful of Din to conduct checks on all tyres and spot the real cause of problem. Din did an excellent, quick and professional job which surpassed my expectations. As for Nazri, he has provided excellent and prompt service since I took over this car. He has co-ordinated well on various occasions and helped me many times.

I am pleased with the services provided by your Mobile Car Doctor, Gopi. I received a helpful service on one August night from him. Gopi came swiftly from Subang area to the LDP express way near Damansara. His amazing skilful service had gotten the problem solved and allows me to have a peaceful night.

I would like to express my appreciation to your team, in particular Din for all the support provided. All my requests were addressed in a timely and responsive manner, and everything was handled with the aim of providing the best customer experience! Great job!

Am extremely satisfied with the condition of the leased car. To be honest, it is almost as good as brand new. I would also like to commend Nazri for his excellent customer service and for being polite, cheerful and positive at all times.
